About the Role

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across industrial segments
• Identify new business opportunities in the domestic and export markets
• Conduct product presentations and technical consultations with prospective clients
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle including negotiation, order processing, and follow-up
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to meet customer requirements
• Track competitor activity and report market trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Proven sales experience in chemical/plastic/rubber industries
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
