Sales & Customer Service: ? Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance. ? Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. ? Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. ? Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. ? Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. [OFFICIAL] [OFFICIAL] Product Knowledge & Merchandising: ? Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions. ? Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met. ? Ensure shelves are stocked, and products are correctly labeled. Store Operations: ? Process transactions and fulfil orders accurately using the POS and order fulfilment system. ? Maintain store cleanliness and organization. ? Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management. Teamwork & Compliance: ? Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals. ? Follow company policies, procedures, and dress code. ? Participate in training sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge. ? Represent the company in the local market, identifying new opportunities to increase customer footfall, attract new customers and build a loyal relationship with the brand. ? In partnership with other functions, support CRM initiatives and events, securing Client loyalty and increasing Client spending. ? Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards, Security and Loss Prevention compliance. ? Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
