Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
• Client Meetings & Consultation: Understand client requirements, provide property recommendations, and conduct site visits.
• Sales & Negotiation: Present property options, negotiate deals, and close sales transactions effectively.
• Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends, property rates, and new developments in Bangalore.
• Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Documentation & Coordination: Assist clients with legal paperwork, agreements, and transaction formalities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field (Freshers with strong sales acumen can apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of Bangalore’s real estate market is a plus.
• Must have a two-wheeler for client visits.
