Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for our service-based software solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our software services to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for software services.
• Understand client requirements and present customized software solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to create strategies.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven sales experience in IT/software services.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), SaaS, or IT consulting services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹59,678.98 - ₹71,871.46 per year
