Job Description: Sales Executive

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets across assigned regions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups

Location & Travel

• Base location: Viman Nagar, Pune
• Pan-India travel is mandatory for male candidates
• Female candidates may have limited travel requirements based on project needs

Requirements

• Minimum age: 23 years
• Proven experience in sales or a related field preferred / Freshers are welcome
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with target-based work culture
