Position Overview At Falchion Xeniaa, design is not just about aesthetics—it’s about solving real user problems through thoughtful, intuitive experiences. As a UI/UX Design Intern, you’ll work closely with our product, tech, and marketing teams to craft seamless, user-friendly interfaces for our platform. You’ll gain real-world experience on live projects, participate in design reviews, and collaborate across departments. You’ll also receive cross-functional training , giving you insight into how product, tech, support, and marketing align to ship great user experiences. What You’ll Do You’ll contribute to the end-to-end design process across: Product Design Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups (web & mobile) Build structured design systems and component libraries Create onboarding flows, empty states, tooltips, and modals Visualize user flows and key interaction paths Optimize screens for responsive and accessible design User Research & UX Assist with user interviews and usability testing Document key pain points and suggest UI/UX improvements Build personas and journey maps to understand user behavior Participate in sprint reviews and feedback loops with cross-functional teams Visual & Brand Consistency Ensure consistency with our brand design system Work alongside graphic designers on campaign visuals Design in-app banners, walkthrough screens, and basic illustrations Ideal Candidate Profile Comfortable working with design tools like Figma , Adobe XD , Canva , or Sketch Open to using your own tools/software license for design work Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, layout design, and interaction flow Exposure to user research methods and prototyping practices Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards Pursuing or recently completed a degree in UI/UX, HCI, Visual Communication, or a design-related field Self-motivated, proactive learner with strong attention to detail Willing to learn, take feedback positively, and work in a collaborative setup Bonus: familiarity with HTML/CSS or working with developers A design portfolio link is mandatory with your application.
