Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities for wood coating products through retail channels, including primary and secondary sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors to drive business growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand product offerings to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in channel sales or retail sales in the building material industry.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
  • Strong understanding of wood finishes and wood coatings products.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
