Job Description

Role & Responsibilities : Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, SMS campaigns, and follow-up calls. Meet potential clients (individuals or institutions) for business development and consultations. Pitch our services related to setting up schools, colleges, and hospitals. Explain project processes, documentation, government approvals, and fees. Maintain CRM records of leads, calls, meetings, and outcomes. Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling site visits and follow-ups. Assist in pre-agreement processes, client qualification, and onboarding. Represent the company professionally during client visits across different locations (travel allowance covered). Preferred Candidate Profile : Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus). 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably in education, consultancy, or real estate sectors. Fluent in Hindi and English (written & spoken); local language knowledge is a bonus. Must be willing to travel for client meetings (locally and inter-city). Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills. Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented. Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
