Job Description

Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, listen to their needs and preferences, and demonstrate various vehicle models. Sales Process: Conduct test drives, explain features and benefits, negotiate pricing, and complete paperwork for vehicle sales. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and industry trends. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, follow up after the sale, and build long-term relationships. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the dealership's success. Sales Support: Prepare quotations, assist with financing options, and handle post-delivery follow-up. Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with customers, build rapport, and encourage referrals. Collaboration: Work with other sales team members, service department, and finance department to streamline the sales process. Example Responsibilities (from multiple sources): Analyzing customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles. Explaining product features, benefits, and optional equipment. Inform customers about special promotions and current sales. Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction. Attending product and sales training courses. Maintaining knowledge of current inventory and promotions. Assisting with the setup of the showroom and displays.
