Sales Process: Conduct test drives, explain features and benefits, negotiate pricing, and complete paperwork for vehicle sales. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and industry trends. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, follow up after the sale, and build long-term relationships. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the dealership's success. Sales Support: Prepare quotations, assist with financing options, and handle post-delivery follow-up. Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with customers, build rapport, and encourage referrals. Collaboration: Work with other sales team members, service department, and finance department to streamline the sales process.
