**Job Title: Travel Consultant** **Overview:** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Travel Consultant** to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their Domestic and International trips. Your responsibilities will involve a mix of **client communication (60%)** and **backend operations (40%)** to deliver smooth, customized travel experiences. ### **Key Responsibilities:** *Client Communication (60% of the role):* * Speak with clients primarily via phone calls to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget. * Offer travel suggestions, recommend destinations, and explain available packages and services. * Handle inquiries, answer questions, and provide support before, during, and after the trip to ensure customer satisfaction. *Travel Planning & Operations (40% of the role):* * Create detailed, customized travel itineraries that include flights, hotels, local transportation (cabs), and activities. * Make bookings for flights, accommodations, and ground transport, ensuring everything is confirmed and scheduled properly. * Coordinate with travel vendors and service providers to confirm availability and manage reservations. * Use company systems to update and maintain accurate records of all client information and bookings. * Address and resolve any booking issues or last-minute changes efficiently.  *What We Expect:* * A passion for travel and helping others plan memorable trips. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with booking systems and travel platforms (training can be provided). * Willingness to stay updated on travel trends, destination updates, and travel safety protocols.  *Who This Role is For:* This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both speaking with people and handling detailed planning work.
