Job Description

To assist the Sales Manager in following roles

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain long-term professional relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution in coordination with production and logistics teams.
  • Gather customer feedback on quality, pricing, and service to enhance product positioning.
  • Ensure post-sales support and coordinate for timely delivery and documentation.

Coordination and Communication

  • Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, accounts, and R&D to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Participate in internal sales meetings and share field feedback to support business planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and order follow-ups.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Prepare quotations in line with company policies.
  • Maintain updated customer databases and visit reports.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports detailing visits, sales achievements, pending orders, and competitor activities.

The following KPIs shall be applicable

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of sales and collection targets.
  • Growth in new customer acquisition and retention.
  • Timely submission of reports and market intelligence.
  • Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Effective coordination between departments for order fulfillment.

The following Skills are preferable

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong commercial acumen and customer orientation.
  • Technical aptitude to understand specialty chemical products.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
