Position: Enterprise Software / SaaS Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to drive B2B SaaS and enterprise software sales across domestic and international markets. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, the ability to manage long sales cycles, and the confidence to engage with CXO-level stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for SIERRAs enterprise software products, including IWMS/CAFM and WMS solutions.

  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution discussions for clients across India and global regions.

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and structured sales processes.

  • Build strong relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and key decision-makers.

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, negotiation, proposal creation, and deal closure.

  • Travel domestically or internationally for client meetings, demos, and business development activities.


Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Experience in Enterprise Software / SaaS Sales (B2B Focus)

  • Prior sales experience in SaaS, enterprise applications, or digital platforms.

  • Exposure to CRM, ERP, HRMS, Facility Management, or related enterprise systems is preferred.

2. Proven Track Record of Achieving Sales Targets

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals in India or international markets.

  • Experience handling APAC, Middle East, US, or Europe clients is a strong plus.

3. Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills

  • Strong presentation and product storytelling capability.

  • Ability to engage and influence CXO-level executives.

  • Confident in managing long negotiation cycles and complex objections.

4. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, Competitive Environment

  • Experience closing high-value enterprise deals (10L+ / $50K+).

  • Capability to handle pressure, deadlines, and aggressive targets.

5. Domain Knowledge (Advantageous)

  • Familiarity with IWMS, CAFM, WMS, AS/RS, asset management, or building automation solutions.

  • Experience selling to real estate, manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, or facility management clients.

6. Willingness to Travel

  • Comfortable with domestic/international travel based on business needs.

  • Prior field sales or client-facing experience is preferred.
