Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: COIMBATORE

Reports To: Sales Manager / Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Vari Medical Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting NEET academic programs, handling admissions, converting leads into enrollments, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote NEET coaching programs to prospective students and parents through calls
  • Generate and convert leads through tele-calling, online inquiries, and offline campaigns.
  • Provide accurate information about courses, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
  • Counsel students to understand their educational needs and guide them through the enrollment process.
  • Follow up with potential students until enrollment closure.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
  • Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and admissions
  • Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for seminars, webinars, and field activities.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Attend training sessions and continuously upgrade knowledge about the academy's services.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree (any stream).
  • Prior experience in educational sales or counseling (NEET/competitive exams) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil (other regional languages are a plus).
  • Basic computer skills – MS Office

Compensation:

  • Salary: Fixed + Incentive (based on admission targets).
  • Incentives: Performance-based, as per target achievements.
  • Other Benefits: performance rewards, and career growth opportunities.

Work Schedule:

6 days a week | Sunday Is an working Day (with one weekday off)

Growth Path:

Sales Executive → Senior Sales Executive → Team Leader → Branch Manager
