Role Overview:

Sales Executive–

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from the marketing team and develop a clear sales journey for each prospect.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product demos; follow up with existing clients to maintain relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking events.
  • Initiate contact and effectively pitch projects to prospects, including during on-site visits.
  • Close deals by clearly communicating value propositions and addressing client concerns.
  • Prepare quarterly sales reports highlighting key targets, trends, and improvement areas.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize the sales process across the funnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance customer engagement.
  • Continuously refine sales skills through feedback, training, and market insights.

Qualification:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in sales marketing or Business Administration or Business Management.

Experience Required:

  • 0 – 2 years relevant experience (especially in real estate or a similar industry)

Technical Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Experience with lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Metro Leads
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and sales data analysis

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with email outreach tools for cold emailing and client engagement
  • Basic data analysis and visualization skills using Excel or Google Sheets
