Hiring: Sales Executive – SPM & Automation Machines

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to promote and sell our SPM and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding with strong sales skills to identify opportunities, engage clients, and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in target industries
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable SPM/automation solutions
• Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals and quotations
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams to customize solutions
• Manage sales follow-ups, negotiations, and order closures
• Visit client sites for meetings, presentations, and discussions
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade shows

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering
• 1–3 years of experience in technical sales (SPM, automation, capital equipment, etc.)
• Strong understanding of automation systems, jigs, fixtures, and production machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel as required
