About the Role

We are hiring driven sales professionals to expand our market presence and build long-term customer relationships. Roles will be aligned based on experience and proven performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, demos/presentations, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  
• Grow revenue from existing accounts through cross-sell/upsell and relationship management.
  
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasting in CRM.
  
• Coordinate with Service/Technical/Accounts teams for smooth order execution and collections.
  
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and activity KPIs.
  
• Conduct regular market visits, competitor tracking, and submit MIS/reports on time.
  
• Participate in exhibitions, customer events, and product trainings.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of B2B/B2C sales experience (industrial/equipment/engineering/tech solutions preferred).
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to travel within the city/region as required.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM exposure is a plus.
  
• Result-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
  
• For Senior roles: team handling, key account management, and target achievement track record.
  

Education

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
