Position : Sales Executive
Location : Mumbai

  • Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role for experienced IT sales professionals. The Sales Executive will manage end-to-end client engagement, field visits, on-site meetings, solution presentations, lead conversion, and long-term client relationship management. The role requires strong understanding of customer needs, the ability to recommend suitable IT solutions, and consistent follow-ups to drive revenue growth. Qualifications • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT product or services sales • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong background in client meetings, business development, and B2B sales • Ability to understand technical requirements and present IT solutions effectively • Good knowledge of IT hardware, networking, cloud services, or related technologies • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or relevant fields Key Responsibilities • • Client Acquisition: Identify, meet, pitch, and onboard new clients through targeted outreach and field visits. • Sales Presentations: Conduct product/service demonstrations and explain solutions to prospective customers. • Lead Conversion: Manage the complete sales cycle—initial contact to deal closure. • Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels. • Requirement Analysis: Understand client needs and propose suitable IT hardware and cloud-based solutions. • Sales Reporting: Maintain sales reports, follow-up logs, opportunity pipeline, and forecast accuracy. • Market Understanding: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and continuously identify business opportunities. • Coordination: Work with technical, operations, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support.Requirements • 3–5 years of proven experience in IT B2B sales • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills • High motivation to meet and exceed sales targets • Ability to conduct client visits and manage on-site meetings • Passion for technology and customer-focused roles • Strong negotiation, planning, and time-management abilities What We Offer • Competitive salary of ?4 to 6 LPA + performance incentives • Extensive learning in IT solutions, sales strategies, and customer engagement • Direct exposure to enterprise clients and high-value sales cycles • Supportive, collaborative, and growth-driven work environment • Mentorship from experienced sales and technology leaders • Excellent long-term career growth in IT sales and business development
