Sales Executive- Travel Sales

As a Sales Executive at Amchong Park and Resorts, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with schools, tourists, and corporate offices. Your primary role will involve promoting and selling tea tour packages, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. You will also stay updated on travel industry trends and collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with schools, tourists, and corporate offices. - Promote and sell tea tour packages to schools, travel agencies, hotels, corporate offices, etc. - Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. - Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and products. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials. Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of work experience in travel sales or travel agency operations. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese is essential. - Graduation in Travel and Tourism is preferred but not mandatory. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for the travel industry. - Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
