Job Title : IT Expert Organisation : Amchong Park & Resort Location: Amchong Tea Estate, Digaru, Kamrup (M), Assam Job Description: Amchong Park & Resort is seeking a skilled IT Expert to manage and maintain our technology infrastructure and enhance guest experiences through innovative digital solutions. Key Responsibilities : · Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems for security and monitoring. · Manage and troubleshoot the Local Area Network (LAN) to ensure seamless connectivity across all departments. · Set up and operate film projection systems for guest entertainment, including outdoor tea garden film screenings. · Provide technical support for staff and ensure smooth operation of all IT and audiovisual equipment. · Maintain data security, perform regular system backups, and ensure compliance with IT policies. Qualifications: · Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field. · Proven experience in CCTV setup, LAN management, and multimedia projection systems. · Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on technical ability. · Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred : Experience in hospitality or resort-based IT operations .
