Job Description : Sales Executive – Tile Adhesive

Location : Sikar, Rajasthan

Salary : Up to ₹30,000/month + Incentives + Travel Allowance

About the role :

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Sikar. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence for tile adhesives and other construction chemicals. You'll be a key player in managing our distribution network, fostering relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets in a fast-growing industry.

Responsibilities :

• Channel Management: Develop and manage a robust network of distributors and retailers in Sikar and the surrounding areas.
• Field Sales: Conduct daily field visits to generate new leads, maintain customer relationships, and secure sales orders.
• Product Promotion: Organize and conduct product demonstrations for shopkeepers, masons, and contractors to showcase our product quality and benefits.
• Order & Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments, and proper stock placement at retail counters.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends to help the company stay ahead.
• Target Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the head office and area manager for reporting, strategic planning, and support.

Requirements :

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally within the building materials, FMCG, adhesives, or paints sectors.
• Local Knowledge: Must be a resident of Sikar or a nearby area.
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driver's license.
• Skills: A strong passion for field sales and an aptitude for channel development.
