Sales Executive

🎯 The Mission – What You’ll Solve: We receive a strong volume of leads every day — from Instagram Ads, Justdial, Google, and organic referrals. But our conversion rate is low. We’re looking for a sales-focused professional who can take control of every lead, convert inquiries into bookings, and manage the entire client lifecycle through to delivery. What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience in wedding photography, events, or creative services (mandatory) Strong sales closing skills — especially over phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins Fluent in Tamil with good English (Telugu/Kannada is a bonus) Basic skills using CRM tools or systems to manage leads and communication Smart, proactive communicator with a passion for performance Able to manage clients, internal team, and vendors during all stages of the project Not a 9 to 5 attitude — we want someone who lives for conversions and client success Key Responsibilities : Handle & qualify incoming leads from: Instagram Ads Website & WhatsApp inquiries Justdial & Google Business Walk-in clients Verify authenticity of leads and respond promptly Understand client needs and suggest ideal photography/videography packages Negotiate pricing while preserving brand value Update and manage lead status using CRM tools Coordinate with: Clients for shoot planning and approvals In-house team (photographers, editors, managers) Vendors (if applicable) for logistics Track project status and ensure final deliverables reach the client smoothly Ensure excellent communication from inquiry to delivery Achieve monthly targets, earn per-conversion incentives Bonus rewards for exceeding monthly targets 💸 What You’ll Get:Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000/month Attractive incentives per deal closure Performance bonus for going beyond monthly goals Long-term career growth (e.g., Sales Manager, Operations Head) Creative freedom and collaboration with a fast-growing brand Exposure to premium South Indian wedding clients This Role is NOT For You If: You only want a desk job with fixed hours You lack confidence in communication or negotiation You don’t enjoy managing clients or following through post-sale You don’t have industry experience
