Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on interview & performance)

About Us

Kinkob Kreations is a leading manufacturer of premium mattresses and hotel linen products, delivering comfort and quality across India. We are looking for a smart and dynamic Telesales Executive with excellent communication skills to be a part of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound telesales calls and respond to inbound queries.
• Explain company products & services effectively to potential clients.
• Generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert to sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records, databases, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth order processing.

Requirements

· Education:

o Minimum 70% marks in 10th, 12th, Graduation and MBA (mandatory).

o MBA (Sales & Marketing) – pursuing or completed – candidates will be given first priority.

· Communication: Excellent verbal skills in Hindi/English/Marathi.

· Experience/Skills:

o Prior telesales / telecalling experience preferred.

o Strong persuasion & customer handling skills.

o Computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Email).

o Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
