Job Summary:

As an Automotive Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new vehicles to customers while providing an exceptional buying experience.

You will build strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and guide them through every step of the vehicle purchase process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in the showroom or online and identify their vehicle needs.
  • Offer expert advice and product knowledge on available vehicles and features.
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
  • Present financing options and negotiate prices in a professional manner.
  • Prepare sales documentation and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain an organized showroom and vehicle lot.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments (e.g., finance, service) for a smooth sales process.
