Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills to handle client interactions over calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating internally, and ensuring smooth execution of orders and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients through calls and emails to understand requirements and share proposals. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, quotations, and timely deliveries. Maintain and update lead and client information in the CRM. Follow up on inquiries, payments, and project updates. Build strong relationships through professional and timely communication. Ideal Candidate: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or communication roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Comfortable handling multiple clients and priorities at once. Positive attitude with strong follow-up and coordination skills. Preferred Background: Prior experience in a client communication or coordination role (internship/full-time). Interest in sales, e-commerce, or gifting industry.
