Job Title : Franchise Sales Executive – Bharat e-Seva Kendra
Role Summary
Responsible for converting incoming leads from CRM into confirmed franchisees by giving presentations, explaining the model, and closing sales at various locations.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow-up on leads generated in CRM
Conduct presentations and demos for prospective franchisees
Explain franchise model, investment, services, and income potential
Close franchise sales and complete necessary documentation
Report daily lead conversion status to manager
KPIs
Number of leads contacted per day
Number of presentations conducted
Franchise conversions per week/month
Conversion rate (%) from leads to confirmed franchisees
Requirements
12th / Graduate
Experience in sales / field sales / lead conversion preferred
Strong communication & presentation skills
Willingness to travel locally
