Job Title:Sales Executive – Silver Boutique Location:Banjara Hills, Hyderabad Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and polished Sales Executive to join our boutique specializing in sterling silver articles. The ideal candidate should have a passion for luxury retail, excellent communication skills, and a flair for customer engagement. This role is crucial in delivering an exceptional shopping experience and contributing to the store’s overall success. Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism. Understand and showcase the features and craftsmanship of sterling silver products. Recommend and upsell products based on customer preferences and gifting needs. Maintain product knowledge, including new arrivals and custom pieces. Handle in-store sales transactions, billing, and inventory updates via POS. Follow up with potential and existing customers to build long-term relationships. Maintain the showroom's cleanliness, displays, and visual appeal at all times. Support the team during exhibitions, festive promotions, and client events. Required Skills & Qualifications:1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry, fashion, luxury, or home décor. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Friendly, polite, and presentable with a customer-first attitude. Basic knowledge of billing, POS systems, and WhatsApp-based communication. Passion for silverware, craftsmanship, and luxury service is a plus. Willingness to learn and grow within a heritage brand. Work Schedule:Timings: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM Weekly Off: One day per week (rotational or fixed)
