Sales Executive

A. Support to Sales Manager

• Coordinate daily with the Sales Manager to track sales leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and update sales dashboards, reports, and MIS as required.
• Maintain and organize sales data, client databases, and meeting schedules.
• Follow up internally with other departments (logistics, production, accounts) for client requirements.

B. Presentation & Client Communication

• Prepare customised presentations, proposals, and brochures for client meetings.
• Give proper presentations towards the client.
• Ensure presentations are professional, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate logistics for client meetings, demos, or site visits.
• Draft basic emails, quotations, and communication to clients under guidance of Sales Manager.

C. Lead Generation & Business Development

• Research and identify potential new clients in target markets.
• Assist in cold calling, emailing, and initial client outreach to fix appointments.
• Update and track lead pipeline and follow-up actions in CRM or Excel.
• Gather and report competitor and market information to the Sales Manager.

D. Daily / Weekly / Monthly Tasks

• Daily: Update sales tracker, prepare presentations, follow up on scheduled calls/meetings.
• Weekly: Share lead status reports, review pipeline with Sales Manager, prepare upcoming week’s plan.
• Monthly: Assist in preparing monthly sales performance reports, highlight key wins and pending leads.
• Prepare and update sales dashboards, reports, and MIS as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
