We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Female Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This role involves handling walk-in customers, property site visits, and closing deals efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle client inquiries and convert leads into successful sales. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties. Negotiate deals and ensure smooth documentation and transaction processes. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Confident personality with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Fluency in English and Hindi.
