Sales Executive - Student Support & Sales

We're looking for a dynamic professional to support and guide prospective students through their enrollment journey and help them choose the right programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for student inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assist students with the enrollment process and recommend suitable finance programs
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets through lead follow-up and closures
• Proactively engage with potential students and explain course value
• Build trust-based relationships to improve student satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotions to boost enrollments

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for education
• Prior experience in EdTech or student counseling is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
