We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive based in Kolkata who’s ready to take ownership of the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
If you enjoy on-ground customer visits, building relationships, and working with industrial or agri-based products, this is your chance to be part of a growing and dynamic team!
Visit potential customers across Kolkata and nearby regions to promote our products
Handle end-to-end sales: lead generation, customer meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and closing orders
Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
Report market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Experience in ball bearings, welding consumables, or agricultural products is strongly preferred
Familiarity with B2B sales and industrial sales
Good local market knowledge
1–4 years of field sales experience
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Willingness to travel for client visits (within and around Kolkata)
A result-driven, self-motivated attitude
Salary up to ₹5 LPA (based on experience)
