Job Description: We are hiring experienced Sales Executives to join our dynamic team at STAD Solution . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the education industry and a proven track record in student counselling and course enrollment through inbound calls . Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound enquiries/calls from prospective students. Counsel students regarding available courses and guide them to choose the right one. Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly enrollment targets. Requirements: 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or ed-tech industry. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
