About the Role:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential buyers and generate leads through referrals, site visits, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct property presentations and negotiate deals with clients.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up diligently.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize promotions.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on Hyderabads real estate trends and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in real estate (residential projects preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Local market knowledge (Hyderabad) is a must.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Own vehicle for client visits (preferred).
