About the Role:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects (residential/commercial).
Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.
Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in civil engineering/construction management.
5+ years of experience in construction project management.
Strong knowledge of Hyderabads real estate regulations and construction practices.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and PM tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
