Job Description: Project Manager Location: Hyderabad Industry: Construction/Real Estate Development Job Type: Full-time About the Role: Sri Developers is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects (residential/commercial). Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently. Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Maintain project documentation and reports. Requirements: Bachelors degree in civil engineering/construction management. 5+ years of experience in construction project management. Strong knowledge of Hyderabads real estate regulations and construction practices. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and PM tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
