1. Sales Growth: Drive sales growth of industrial pump spares parts, meeting or exceeding targets.
2. Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise to customers, including product selection, troubleshooting, and repair advice.
3. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including plant managers, engineers, and procurement professionals.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new product launches, technical specifications, and applications.
5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
6. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pump industry or industrial sector.
3. Strong technical knowledge of industrial pumps and spares parts.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
