Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar panels across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and propose suitable solar panel solutions.
  • Present product offerings, financial benefits, and payback models to clients.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and technical details in coordination with the internal team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with solar panel technology, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Travel across Maharashtra for meetings, site visits, and project discussions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in solar panel or solar rooftop sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical details of solar panels and explain them to customers.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.
