Your Role Will Involve:

Listening actively to understand customer needs and offering the right products
Going above and beyond to
deliver an exceptional experience
Building trust and long-term relationships with customers
Staying enthusiastic and driven to
achieve and exceed sales targets
Taking initiative on store upkeep, visual merchandising, and stock organization
Collaborating with your team to meet store goals and bring great energy to the floor

What You Bring:

A love for
helping people
and the confidence to guide their choices
Natural
sales instincts
and a passion for customer satisfaction
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A hardworking,
ownership-driven mindset
Experience in retail/lifestyle/jewelry/optical sales is a bonus (but not a must)
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
