Hiring for Sales Executive and Operations About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our solar startup. If you're someone who can manage clients, handle field work, and keep things organized on Excel, this is for you! Key Responsibilities: ✅ Convert leads into clients – follow-up, feedback, custom offers ✅ Participate in physical marketing drives (parks, malls, apartments) ✅ Track & update project progress using Excel, Word, PPT ✅ Visit project sites & supervise installation work (4–5/month) ✅ Apply on government portals for solar approvals & subsidies Requirements: • Good communication in English & Tamil • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Willingness to travel within the city & stay at site during installation • Quick learner, especially with online applications and forms
