Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a competitive and results-driven Sales Executive to help grow our customer base and revenue. You'll be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate their needs
Generate leads via cold calling, networking, and social media
Schedule meetings and present products/services to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
Provide post-sale support and handle customer feedback or complaints

Required Skills

Proven experience in sales or a similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Diploma/B.E. in Dairy Technology background candidates will be given more preference.
