Job Description

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell a wide range of construction and industrial steel products to fabricators, contractors and builders.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or Business)
1 - 3 years of sales experience in the steel, construction, or industrial product segment
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good knowledge of the local geography and customer base
