This is an on-site internship role for a Sales Executive at our Dwarka Sec-12. The selected candidate will engage in day-to-day activities such as identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, reaching out to potential clients to promote our digital marketing services, and maintaining client relationships. The role will also involve pitching services like SEO, social media marketing, SMS campaigns, and WhatsApp Business solutions to prospective clients.
Identify, target and engage potential clients in the VAS, CPaaS industry.
Acquire new Clients B2B or B2C across all Communication channels – SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email Marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations. Understand client needs and provide Value Added Services (VAS), or CPaaS solutions to meet those needs.
• Handle escalations and complex customer concerns regarding value-added services, ensuring high customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
