Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive / Territory Manager to join our growing team at a leading Adhesive Tape Manufacturing Company. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.

Candidates with prior experience in industrial/B2B sales, particularly in adhesive, packaging, or related products, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and retail sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and end users.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and new product opportunities.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and demonstrate applications to customers.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups through CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in industrial/B2B sales (preferably in adhesives, tapes, packaging materials, or FMCG).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally as per business requirements.
