About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and dynamic Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives to join our growing fashion retail team. You will be the face of our store, providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers and helping us achieve our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products to drive sales.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-stocked.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Maintain daily sales reports and assist in inventory management.
• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in fashion retail / apparel sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, presentable, and customer-oriented.
• Flexible to work in shifts and weekends.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
