Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our company, your role is crucial in driving secondary sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and enhancing market presence in the region. You will be responsible for effectively managing sub-dealers, Small Projects, and retailers while executing sales and marketing activities to achieve monthly Secondary Sales targets and maintain strong distributor relationships. Your valuable market insights will support key business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Account Management: Manage and service existing sub-dealers and customers within the assigned territory to drive sustained business growth. - Sales Operations: Achieve the assigned Secondary Sales Target, appoint new counters, monitor product displays, follow up on order placements, enhance counter share, and manage dispatch schedules. - Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to sub-dealers, Project customers, and retailers to track secondary sales and bolster market presence. - Promotional Support: Assist in implementing marketing schemes, promotional campaigns, activities, and product launches at the ground level. - Market Intelligence: Collect and report data on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. - Reporting: Maintain accurate daily reports on customer interactions, orders booked, and project pipeline updates. - Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with CFA/warehouse teams to ensure timely and precise product deliveries to customers. - Customer Service: Address customer complaints or queries promptly to ensure satisfactory resolution. - Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly secondary sales targets as assigned. - Ensure BTL activities: Oversee Retail-Dealers for proper tiles display, in-shop branding, signages, and display board positioning. Education: - Bachelor's degree and above. - A diploma with relevant sales experience will also be considered. Required Skills & Competencies: - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting formats. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Territory.
