As a Sales Executive in the Bangalore region, your role is crucial in driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and strengthening market presence. By effectively managing sub-dealers and retailers, executing sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring timely collections and deliveries, you will play a key part in achieving monthly targets, maintaining strong distributor relationships, and providing valuable market insights. Key Responsibilities: - Account Management: Manage and service existing sub-dealers and customers within the assigned territory in Bangalore to ensure sustained business growth. - Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to sub-dealers and retailers in Bangalore to track secondary sales and strengthen market presence. - Promotional Support: Assist in the implementation of marketing schemes, promotional campaigns, and product launches at the ground level. - Market Intelligence: Collect and report data on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decisions. - Reporting: Maintain accurate daily reports detailing customer interactions, orders booked, and collections received. - Logistics Coordination: Liaise with CFA/warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. - Customer Service: Address customer complaints or queries promptly and ensure satisfactory resolution. - Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and collection targets as assigned by management. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A diploma with relevant sales experience will also be considered. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting formats. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized. - Fluency in English and Kannada (additional South Indian languages a plus). - Willingness to travel extensively within the Bangalore territory.
