Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting clothing items, offering recommendations based on individual preferences and current trends.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping fitting rooms tidy.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Assist in managing inventory by receiving shipments, unpacking merchandise, and monitoring stock levels.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, promotions, and store events to engage customers effectively.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall store performance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
• Participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong interest in fashion and knowledge of current trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
