Sales Executive / Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Understand Maruti Suzuki cars by studying their features and capabilities, as well as comparing and contrasting competitive models.
• Develop buyers by keeping good rapport with previous and new customers.
• Suggesting trade-ins, respond to inquiries, recommend sales campaigns and promotions.
• New vehicle sales approach and assist customers that enter the dealership.
• Display and Elaborate vehicles features, specifications, Test Drive, & keep follow up by home
• visits.
• Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interests to various models, etc.
• Close sales by overcoming objection(s); complete sales or purchase contracts; explain provisions;offer services, insurance and financing; collect payment and deliver automobile with registration.
• Offer Value added services like car accessories, car detailing, finance (Car Loan) etc.

Preferred candidate profile

1. For Relationship Manager any (Graduate or Post Graduate) with 1+ year of automobile sales

experience- Four Wheeler passenger cars (Sales professionals from other Sectors can also

apply with 1 Years + field sales experience required)

Requirements and skills -

• Good command on spoken & written English
• Prior work experience in the sales and marketing (field work) mandatory
• Active Listening. Be attentive and alert to everything that the customer says.
• Hardworking, self-motivated independent (go-getter attitude) a real team player
• Should have good negotiation skills & Problem solving attitude.
• Time Management
• Proven track record delivering on target and meeting objectives
• Age: Up to 32 years
• Own Two wheeler and valid four wheeler drivers license (MUST)
