Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Telesales

    Receive inbound inquiries and proactively make outbound calls to leads generated from marketing campaigns and walk-ins .
  • Counseling & Needs Assessment

    Understand student aspirations, prep gaps, and academic goals to recommend the most suitable JEE/NEET courses .
  • Product Presentation & Follow-up

    Clearly explain course features, benefits, schedules, and pricing; consistently follow up through calls, emails, or SMS to nurture prospects into enrollments .
  • Target-Based Sales & Admission Closure

    Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly admission targets by closing enrolments over calls and managing objections effectively .
  • CRM Management & Reporting

    Accurately log all interactions, manage lead follow-ups, forecast progress in CRM systems, and provide regular updates to team leadership .
