Sales executive - Real Estate

Location: Pune (Work From Home + Field Work)
Salary: 18,000 – 25,000 per month + incentivesJob Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Drive lead generation and conversions through cold sales, client visits, and field activities. Execute innovative sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth delivery of coworking services.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth plans.
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, operations, and client management.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or operations (real estate/coworking preferred).
Proven track record in cold calling, B2B sales, or field operations.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven personality with the ability to work independently and deliver results.Comfortable with field visits and client meetings across Pune.
