Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is target-driven, confident, and skilled in client relationship management, property presentations, and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.
  • Conduct property tours and effectively present property features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and developers.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, online platforms, and advertising.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate pricing, financing options, and closing terms.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales transactions, client interactions, and property details.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or field sales.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and telecommunication systems.
  • Mandatory: Two-wheeler and Android mobile phone.
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a driven and confident sales professional who has:

  • 1–3 years of real estate sales experience with a strong closing record.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Sound knowledge of the Pune real estate market.
  • A growth mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • High self-motivation, resilience, and goal orientation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
