Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, site visits, referrals, online platforms, brokers, etc.).
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
  • Understand client needs and suggest suitable property options.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with potential buyers and nurture relationships.
  • Keep updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports and client databases.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
